Delete your Mosque Prayer account

You can ask us to delete your Mosque Prayer account (user, mosque manager or administrator) and the personal data linked to it at any time.
How to request it
- Contact us through the Help page (email support@mosqueprayer.org).
- Write from the email address registered on the account (or tell us the username and the email), and say “Delete my account”.
- We confirm that it is you, delete the account, and reply when it is done. This normally takes no more than 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email address, username, phone number and Google sign-in link.
- Your name (replaced by “Deleted account”), password hash, Home Mosque, favourites, notification settings and device tokens, and every signed-in session.
What may be kept
- Records that must stay consistent, such as the security audit log and payment records, are kept without your name, email or phone number.
- If you managed a mosque, the mosque page stays online without a manager until the administrators assign another one; ask us in the same request if you want the mosque page removed too.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis, so a copy can remain in an old backup for a short time.
